Shandong Guangchao Xiangyi Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is a casting enterprise, located 3 meters south of the Laiwu Steel production line railway bridge in Tuanli Village, Yanzhuang Street, Gangcheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is bordered by open land on the east, north, and south sides, and by Laiwu Lushun Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd. to the west. The leased land area is 10,000 square meters (approximately 16 mu). This project uses purchased scrap iron as raw material, employing a medium-frequency induction furnace for melting before entering the lost foam casting process. After cooling, the castings become the finished product. The designed output is 10,000 tons/year. The production process includes lost foam packaging, sand filling, melting of the scrap iron, casting, cooling, and cutting of risers.
